World's Largest Publisher Named Alexievich's Book One Of Best In July

On July 25 an English translation of the Belarusian writer's book will be published.

Every month the Internet service Signature names the best books that will soon come out. Svetlana Alexievich's The Unwomanly Face of War hit the July review, Radio Svaboda reports.

Signature belongs to the largest publishing house of the world - Penguin Random House. It makes reviews of fiction and non-fiction books. This publishing house releases an English-language translation of the book by the Belarusian writer on the book market on July 25.

The publisher advertised The Unwomanly Face of War as "a long-awaited English translation of the groundbreaking oral history of women in World War II across Europe and Russia."
