Russian, Who Called for Putin's Impeachment On Air, Tries To Escape To Ukraine Through Belarus

Ukraine didn't let Vyacheslav Maltsev enter its territory.

Vyacheslav Maltsev, a Russian oppositionist with nationalistic views, is known for calling for Putin's impeachment during the parliamentary debate on the air of state television, nn.by writes.

A criminal case for creating an extremist community was initiated against Maltsev. His friends among law enforcers warned him about possible detention, and the oppositionist managed to escape from Russia.

He went to Belarus because he wanted to go to Moldova through Ukraine. However, Ukranian border guards didn't allow him to enter Ukraine, explaining that Maltsev had participated in military operations on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic. He himself denies this. The place of his stay is still unknown.
