This Year, Amount Of Currency Sold By Belarusians Exceeds Amount Of Currency Bought By Billion

In the first half of the year, residents of our country sold more currency than they bought.

In January-June, the population of our country sold cash and non-cash currency for 3 billion 960 million dollars in equivalent, and bought – $ 2 billion 826 million. It turns out that the net sale of foreign currency by individuals amounted to 1 billion 133 million dollars.

As for business entities, residents of Belarus, they sold currencies for 8.814 billion dollars, and bought – 8.932 billion dollars this year. Non-residents of Belarus sold currencies more than they bought, –$ 250.37 million and $ 69.15 million respectively.
