There are very few smart phrases in the vocabulary of the ruler.

The Belarusians often hear such words as "give a tilt", "tear off the head", "force" the from the ruler. The Belsat correspondent in Brussels, Aliaksandr Silich, spoke with psychiatrist Siarhei Tryfanau about the reasons why Lukashenka often feels free to express himself in this style.

According to Siarhei Tryfanau, Lukashenka's vocabulary has very few clever words:

"Previously, a lot was said about Lukashenka having mosaic psychopathy and other psychiatric abnormalities. Now the people are beginning to notice that something is wrong with the president. Some other person would have burnt of shame if other people had heard, and Lukashenka seems allright. "

The doctor says that Lukashenka uses the phrase "tear off the head", since it sounds down-to-earth and popular.

"He learned this as one of the first expressions in his life and he has no sense of shame. He does not care that people will think about him."

Lukashenka transfers his manner of thinking and acting to other people, Siarhei Tryfanau believes.

"People are beginning to understand that the actions of the authorities are not very smart," — says the doctor.

"What will Angela Merkel or Macron talk to him about? They have nothing in common. Maybe it would be an honor for him to be in their company, but for them this person is a nonentity. Therefore, Western countries, where intelligent people rule are enemies in principle.”
