Tut.by: Website Of ‘Charter’97’ Blocked By Ministry Of Information

The internet resource Charter97.org is no longer accessible from Belarusian PCs and smartphones.

The providers blocked the website following the decision of the Ministry of Information.

According to the information of tut.by, the website of the “Charter’97” was listed as a resource with limited access, for the providers of internet services. The resource got into the list on January 24, under the decision of the Ministry of Information. Three domain names appeared under blocking: charter97.org, charter97.eu и charter97.info.

Subscribers of MTS, velcom and Beltelecom have already reported problems when trying to access the resource.
