With the Purchase of a Vehicle in Belarus It's Allowed to Move out the Stamp of the Motor Vehicle Inspection

Since January 1 it is not needed to retake the motor vehicle inspection with the purchase of a new car.

Decree No. 933 of 6 December 2017 which changes the procedure of inspection comes into force, БелТА informs.

the document amends the list of cases when the stamp of the motor vehicle inspection can be moved out.

The stamp can be moved out in case of valid permit to participate in the road traffic.

The main condition for moving out of this stamp is to confirm the fact of granting the permit for a vehicle to participate in the road traffic.

The stamp can be moved out in case of some changes made to the motor vehicle registration, when issuing a duplicate certificate of the motor vehicle registration, as well as in case of a new document (certificate) on passing of the motor vehicle inspection.
