Russia Continues “Food War” With Belarus

The Russian Federation has introduced a regime of enhanced control of five Belarusian enterprises’ products.

The Rosselkhoznadzor laboratories have revealed violations of the veterinary and sanitary requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union and Russia in the products of five Belarusian enterprises.

The site of the department informs about it.

In this regard, Rosselkhoznadzor introduces a regime of enhanced laboratory control of products supplied by the Prydniaprouski agricultural complex (the anticoccidial (diclazuril) has been identified in chicken eggs), the Homel poultry farm (the same), the Zhlobin meat processing plant (listeria in semi-finished products from beef), the Minsk meat-packing plant (the DNA of chicken and pig in sausages made from beef), and a Hrodna enterprise, Koskra (the anticoccidial (dinitrocarbanilide) in duck carcasses).
