Belarusian Biathletes Won Gold In Relay Race At OG-2018

This is the third Olympic medal of the Belarusian national team in Pyeongchang.

Our team was represented by Nadzeya Scardzina, Iryna Kryuko, Dzinara Alimbekava and Darja Domrachava.

The silver medal was won by the Swedish national team, the bronze one – by the French team.

Nadzeya Scardzina, Iryna Kryuko and Dzinara Alimbekava became Olympic champions for the first time.

This is the fourth gold Olympic medal for Darja Domrachava. Domrachava came in first place among all biathletes in history by the number of gold medals at the Olympics. The Belarusian hopped Anastasia Kuzmina and Kati Wilhelm (three gold medals).

When Darja Domrachava was finishing, an interesting thing occurred: the Belarusian biathlete wanted to finish with an official red-green flag, but it fell off in front of the line.
