No Need to Wait for a Kick to Resign

Hard times leave no traces.

The ruler wrote a message to the people and got the answer. For some reason from Yerevan. When resigning Serzh Sargsyan warned all people in chairs staying for a long time that tricks with the grip on power work no more. No promises of good life in future have strength. Amid our reality all statements of higher officials meet the following question: what did you do for more than twenty years, if only now you've come up with this simple plan?

One part of officials pretended nothing had happened at all. The world is beautiful and innocent. Things are going great. Spring is gaining strength. Everything is bursting with flowers. Promotion is about to be announced, and the summer vacation is coming soon. Stability is getting stronger every day. According to the major message, prosperity will be unpredictable and large-scale. And it seems that no cataclysms are even foreseeable.

They are, gentlemen! Did you fail to see that a decent but proud Executive Analytical Center (EAC) took the front line. It's not weird, its time has come. All the rest including the inner circle are asked to wait. And they bow and hate sneakily the favorite who left them high and dry. They were so glad when the subordinate territory was suddenly declared the IT-country! As if they did not know that the end will be as that.

Especially advanced have already dreamed of flows of digital currency, which rush to their agencies. Time for changes has come. Spring has come. Not the one they were waiting for. It's cold and uncomfortable. And something strange is going on here and abroad.

Last week something extraordinary manifested itself. Everything seemed to meet the plan. The country was on its duty. Spongers were waiting on undated letters of happiness. IT staff kept studying the most optimistic decree and hastened to find signs of its implementation. The inflow of modern technologies and inevitable investments was expected every moment. Meanwhile, the corresponding department was inspired to stifle the Internet.

Old-fashioned Chinese computers were generating the long-awaited digital currency. According to estimates of household economists, it would possible to please the population and to announce the Nationwide Day of Bitcoin in near future. And to voice the message of the ruler. Everyone was waiting on this letter. They notified the country in advance: "the main thing is to specify tasks considering already adopted decisions and specific instructions."

Bingo! While the country is trying to clear the height "500$-salary" under the wise guidance of the ruler, we urgently need to specify tasks for future". No other options work!

And despite constant repeated cold weather the spring is gaining strength. The papulose cucumber encouraged them with future rave. And sprouts of Steven Segal carrot were not long in coming. Soon rather insolent zucchini will burst in size. And then a cheerful Dodona will develop the first vineyard on the Drazdy waste ground. The picture is optimistic, almost the Soviet-like style.

And all of a sudden these ridiculous news comes from Yerevan! Little time passed when he and Serzh Sargsyan discussed strategic plans of the undefeated CSTO. He would seem to be a boon companion. He feels the time and respects the law of the jungle. And here is his resignation caused by the protest! And even razor wire was useless. And even concussion grenades are a trifle thing. How was it possible to miss the opportunity?

Yesterday the ruler claimed that revolutions were over. Henceforth the power is solid and any attempt to exert pressure will be severely suppressed. And trenty five years in one chair is just the beginning. Great things call for a good supporting act.

However, the real life negates all these postulates. And it turns out that there is no need to wait for a kick to resign. And if someone once managed to make his way to higher echelons of power, it does not give a ground to consider oneself a great magician and wizard; it's just a set of circumstances. As a rule, almost every dictator is a pathetic person and his end is sad. And if you've been up to, sooner or later you will be taken to court even in a wheelchair. And it's better to resign in time and to give the reason for the people to rejoice. As it happened in Armenia.

The lesson of the retired Serzh Sargsyan, who never joined dictators, should be remembered. No matter what tricks one uses to stay in power, the rope used for it once ends. All of a sudden ranks of soldiers and their commanders appear in the columns of protesters who seemed to be dragged into paddy wagons at any moment. And then it turns out that all cunny schemes immediately collapse.

And nothing extraordinary happened here. And all of a sudden, everyone realized that it was the twenty first century, not the twentieth. And the time of dictators fell into oblivion. Even the latest ones in Europe. And it's better to postpose the Nationwide Day of Digital Currency. It's not the time of impudent lies. No one is waiting on miracles to happen anymore. And IT- schemes fail.

Serzh Sargsyan showed the most reliable way out of the ridiculous situation, initiated by the regime aimed only at lush lufe. Of course, the local ruler will not follow him into footsteps. And he will keep writing statements about upcoming bright future. However, it is useless.

All his deeds and statements have a heritage of only few shots. A guy wearing saggy pants stands on a private field among sacks with potatoes. And this very character and his inner circle are dragging a knotty wood somewhere. The one Lenin was dragging on the cusp of the Soviet power. That is the outcome of the great and infinitely long reign.
