Dzmitry Lukashenka’s Golf Courses Got New Owner

The courses have been sold for almost $ 1 million.

Two golf courses were offered at the sale of the Delta Bank property complex, which took place on March 7.

It was announced by the auction organizer – the state agency for guaranteed reimbursement of individual bank deposits, the website of the Unified State Register of Bankruptcy informs.

In particular, the international standard champion class golf course was sold for 1.55 million rubles. And the training center golf course – for 0.36 million.

The winner of the auctions in both cases was the Golf Center, located in the Barauliany village council in Minsk region. According to the website kartoteka.by, the company was registered in October 2017.

We remind that in late 2017, the economic court of the Minsk region initiated proceedings on the Golf Club’s bankruptcy case, having appointed an anti-crisis manager.

The debts of the project, created with the support of Lukashenka’s sports club, led by Dzmitry Lukashenka, amounted to 28.7 million rubles. At that, part of the debt fell on state-owned enterprises.

The Golf Club came under the control of Ukrainian businessman Nikolai Lagun in 2007, when Aliaksandr Lukashenka signed a decree "On the construction of a sports and tourist golf complex in Minsk district." Lukashenka’s sports club, led by the dictator's middle son, was the businessman’s partner in the project.
