Their surnames are known, and anti-constitutional actions are recorded.

One of the leaders of the Belarusian National Congress Mikalai Statkevich published his address to members of "parasite" commissions and called their actions illegal:

- Stupidity and desire to please superiors is no excuse. I remind it to members of illegal "parasite" commissions.

Nothing entitles you to grossly violate constitutional rights of citizens and force them to work for your master for miserable wages.

Nothing gives you the right to abolish the equality of people before the law and to discriminate against those whom your government has failed to provide decent jobs.

Moreover, nothing gives you the right to encroach on court powers and deprive people of their liberty by sending them to Medical-Labour Centres.

Your surnames are known, and the violation of the Constitution is recorded. The end of your master's reign is coming.

Then no reference to his unconstitutional "decree" will save you from lawsuits of thousands of people, who were humiliated with no reasonable need to prove themselves innocent. Many of them have been robbed by you as they had to pay more for their housing.

I'd also like to say that extrajudicial deprivation of liberty is in the list of crimes under the Article of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus "Crime against humanity".

Remember this all when you decide upon people's fates on your "commissions". And do not say then that no one warned you that you were committing a crime.
