Lukashenka Signed Decree On Transfer Of Minsk Dwellers To Smaliavichy

An experimental house will be built in the satellite town.

Lukashenka has signed decree No. 103 “On the construction of a residential building”, which provides for constructing on a pilot basis of an apartment building in Smaliavichy for those in need of better housing conditions in Minsk. This is reported by the dictator’s press service.

The citizens engaged in the construction of residential premises in this house will be provided with state support provided for by decree No. 240 of July 4, 2017, regardless of the date they were registered as the needy ones.

The citizens, who expressed a desire to build housing in the satellite town of Smaliavichy, will build apartments in this house on the basis of their statements and with consent to be removed from the register of those in need in Minsk.

The deregistration of those in need in Minsk will be made after the registration of rights to the constructed housing.

The construction of the dwelling house will be carried out by the equity method. The construction customer is the Capital Construction Management of the Minsk Region Executive Committee.
