Viktar Babaryka: I Have Cognitive Dissonance Looking At European Games And Per Capita GDP Data

To build socialism, you need to be much richer than under capitalism.

Chairman of the Board of Belgazprombank Viktar Babaryka shared his opinion on the European Games in Belarus.

“To build socialism, you need to be richer than under capitalism. Look at the European Games and per capita GDP data. We are trying to afford such things that only a very rich country can afford. I have a cognitive dissonance between desires and opportunities,” Babaryka said for office life magazine.
