The relevant decree is signed by the president of Ukraine.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky dismissed Roman Bezsmertny as a representative of Ukraine in the political subgroup on the settlement of the situation in Donbass, unian.net writes.

The decree published on the website of the Ukrainian head of state says: "To release Bessmertny Roman Petrovich from his duties to represent Ukraine in the working subgroup on political issues of the Trilateral Contact Group."

On 9 July 2019, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky authorized Roman Bessmertny to represent Ukraine in the sub-working group on political issues of the Trilateral Contact Group instead of Oleksandr Motsik.
