Another Director Detained In "Sugar Case"?

The Belarusian Sugar Company says the director is "on a business trip".

The head of the Belarusian Sugar Company, established by the sugar factories, is missing. According to unconfirmed reports, Dzmitry Kirilau has been detained in the "sugar case". The Moscow office says the director went on a business trip last week, tut.by reports.

So far, nobody has officially commented on the disappearance-detention of all four directors of the sugar factories. It is only known that on Friday, January 24, director of the Haradzeya plant Mikhail Kryshtapovich was on his way to rest, but the plane Minsk - Munich was turned back near Wroclaw. Kryshtapovich was taken off the board in Hrodna. On Monday, it turned out: director of the Slutsk Sugar Refinery Mikalai Prudnik also "went on vacation" on Friday. Director of the Zhabinka Sugar Refinery Viktar Mironau disappeared from his workplace, as well as Dzmitry Yahorau, who heads the plant in Skidzel, "was gone to Minsk".

According to sources, head of the Belarusian Sugar Company Dzmitry Kirilau is also a defendant in the "sugar case". We tried to contact him on Monday and Tuesday, but he was not at work.

- He is on a business trip, flew to Minsk last week, - the Moscow office of the company said.

The company does not give any information about whether he's available on the phone or not.

Beldziarzhpishchepram does not comment on the situation.

- We ourselves know absolutely nothing, - the employees of the reception reply.

- They say the head of the Sugar Company Kirilau is missing.

- Are you serious? The concern does not know it.

When asked whether Beldziarzhpishchepram could contact Dzmitry Kirilau by phone, they answered on the other end of the line that "the head has not given such instructions".
