Deputy Chairman of the Belarusian Water Polo Federation Maksim Tsymbal supported three times Olympic medalist Aliaksandra Herasimenia.

According to the Belarusian Sports Solidarity Fund, headed by the renowned swimmer, Tsymbal noted that he was not personally acquainted with the "golden fish."

"But she came twice to give master classes to the school where my eldest daughter was practicing swimming, and the child had favorable impressions of Sasha. As they say, do not make yourself an idol, but Herasimenia and other girls are stronger than many men. Their steadfastness, their incorruptibility (I mean not the material, but the moral side), and their courage amaze and inspire."
