The relatives are outraged by the arithmetic of the Stolin district police department.

Tsikhan Kliukach, a resident of Brest, has received a letter from Stolin district police department signed by his deputy chief S. Trapets, demanding to pay the debt for food in the temporary detention center - 135 rubles, at 13 rubles. 50 kopecks per day, media-polesye.by reports.

The 18-year-old guy had been charged under Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences "Violation of the order of organizing or conducting mass events" and served 10 days of administrative arrest in the temporary detention isolator of the Stolin district police department.

When his relatives brought him a care package, the TDF refused to accept it. They demanded to pay for food expenses first. And said: 337 rubles 50 kopecks. The sum was paid in two payments: 50 rubles and 287 rubles 50 kopecks. There are copies of the receipts.

And after the release, Tsikhan was presented with another bill, already for 135 rubles.

So, if all three sums are summed up, the feeding in the the temporary detention isolator of the Stolin district police department will cost Brest resident Tsikhan Kliukach 472 rubles 50 kopecks. It turns out that he ate food for 47 rubles 25 kopecks per day.

The relatives are outraged by such arithmetic and shared this information with human rights activists. Those in turn advise them to apply to the prosecutor's office with a request to explain why the the temporary detention isolator of the Stolin district police department has such an expensive menu?
