The death of the Belarusian tourist was reported on WhatsApp by a group of Belarusians, seeking opportunities to be evacuated from India. According to several sources in India, the information is credible, as it was distributed by one of the coordinators of the Belarusians, who is now in direct contact with the embassy employees, onliner.by reports.

"Unfortunately, the embassy of Belarus confirms the death of its citizen in India. No details are specified," - the message says. Most likely, the information will be confirmed (or denied) when the embassy is open. At the time of publication, it was already midnight in India, and it was impossible to hear official confirmation. There is no information about the cause of the Belarusian citizen's death.
