Otherwise, how else can one explain the "order", according to which four voluntary Saturday Community Cleanup Days will be held in April. The corresponding letters have already been received by all executive committees and they are now being sent to enterprises, onliner.by reports.

Yes, the "tops" announced last month that the territory should be put in order, but the situation has changed not for the better, and one should somehow adjust to the realities. But no: the hurrah-patriotic letters have flown along the organizations. Here is the correspondence from the Shchamyslitsa village executive committee: "In order to intensify the work on restoring and maintaining proper order on the territory from 01.04.2020 to 30.04.2020 it is required to hold a month of restoring order on the land, improving and planting greenery. In this regard, it is planned to organize and hold Community Cleanup Days on April 4, 11, 18 and 25". Needless to say, managers of enterprises have to report on when, where and in what quantity the work will be carried out.

- I love cleanliness and order, but at the usual time, I don't mind going out to clean up the territory of my enterprise and involve free staff on a voluntary basis. Now is a difficult time, a lot of people are scared, the whole world has self-isolated, all the doctors are shouting in one voice: "Stay at home", and only our state apparatus demands from everyone to work, moreover, in their free time, when it is necessary to stick together and stay at home in the circle of relatives and friends. People are already afraid to go to work - those who do not have the opportunity to work remotely, and now they force them to work extra days. We'll clean up the territory, don't worry, there are fewer people in the streets and there is no one to litter anymore. When the peak of the pandemic comes down, we'll organize Saturday and Sunday Community Cleanup Days, - one of those who has received the wonder-letter is outraged by the state of affairs.

The Shchamyslitsa village executive committee, which, as it happens, will be answerable for everyone, has explained the situation:

- There has been no order from the district executive committee to reschedule the Subbotniks yet. We've been instructed to organize the work on the territory under our jurisdiction. It is possible to carry out these Cleanup Days at workplaces, in the street, individually. No one calls to gather a crowd, the head of the organization can decide himself how the clean-up will be carried out. Now we just ask them what they plan to do.

- And if people refuse to come out, if they say they're afraid of getting infected?

- There is no ban-quarantine in the country, but all adults understand the situation, so there can be no repressive measures, if that is what you mean. We've sent letters to the leaders, and they can decide how to organize the work safely. We have to play it by ear. Once again, no one is demanding to gather a crowd. Along with this letter, we are sending out recommendations coming to us, that we should limit the number of people, solve more issues over the phone and so on.
