Dozens of people came to the head office to check their things.

Some clients of Belgazprombank filed appeals to the bank because of the opening of safe deposit boxes without their presence and missing contents. They learned it when they managed to check their contents, writes tut.by.

Before that, it was impossible to enter the safe deposit box room because of the investigation. The bank says that the client's claims have been submitted to the Directorate of Financial Investigations of the State Control Committee. At the same time, clients note they were not notified of any actions concerning their valuables. Some of them were allegedly captured in the footage of the State TV story about the Belgazprombank case.

Safe deposit boxes are located in the head office of Belgazprombank. It was searched on June 11th. Regional centers also have them, but the text refers to those in the head office of Belgazprombank. Until last Tuesday, clients could not see whether the contents of the boxes were safe. The reason was the ongoing investigation, previously explained the head of the interim administration of the bank Nadzezhda Ermakova.

Last Tuesday the clients got access to the boxes again. At the head office, there was a line of people who wanted to check their belongings.

- Boxes became available from Tuesday. I came to the head office on the same day. There were about 80-90 people in the line," says the client, who filed a statement to the bank because of the opening of the box.

Another client informed that he did not mention any signs of inspection. All the content was safe. He contacted the head office on Wednesday.

As a result, several people wrote claims against the opening of safe deposit boxes without their presence and the loss of contents.

Some valuables were allegedly (including those missing) caught on camera of Belarus 1 story, released on June 13.

According to some details (the number of valuables, numbers and packaging), the bank's clients assumed that their belongings had been caught on camera.

The investigative body did not comment on the opening of safe deposit boxes and their content.
