Belarusians were standing at Independence Square in Minsk.
The queue to the Central Election Commission stretched for more than a kilometer. It numbered more than 2250 people, the MBK telegram channel reports.
The queue was turned from the Minsk hotel towards Berson and Miasnikou streets.
