"Deputy" of the Minsk City Council Volha Ciesakova has submitted an application for resignation, reports "Basta!" Telegram channel.

"In the framework of the current situation in the Republic of Belarus, I consider it impossible to carry out further deputy activities," Volha Ciesakova said.
