At 20 o'clock, the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Minsk reported to TASS that Liudmila Kazak had been detained for an administrative offense and was in the police department.

At about 6 p.m. Liudmila's husband tried to file a complaint about her abduction with the Tsentralny district police department.

- A policeman at the post, who came to the closed gate, told him and me that Liudmila Kazak was not in the police department, and did not let me in to file a complaint. None of the officials of the Tsentralny district police department came out to us within two hours. That's why we went and filed an application to the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Minsk City Executive Committee, - Viktar Matskevich said.

At that time, we received information from the leadership of the Belarusian Republican Collegium of Lawyers that Kazak had been detained and was in the Tsentralny district police department.

- When my lawyer Svetlana Gorbatok and I returned to the Tsentralny district police department, the policeman went back to the gate and repeated that Liudmila was not in the police department. We left our documents to prove the authority of her defenders, - Matskevich said.

At 10 p.m. the defender was told in the TDF in Akrestsin Street that Liudmila Kazak is there on administrative case, under which article - they can not give information.
