We will not forget, we will not forgive!
On September 6th mass protests took place in Minsk, and after them - arrests. Unknown persons without any uniform and with batons smashed the door of a cafe (later we learned that they were police officers). Among them there was a man who looked very much like Mikalai Karpenkau, head of the Main Department for fight against organized crime and corruption of the Interior Ministry, tut.by reports.
This shot shows him smashing the glass door with a baton.

Here are two videos from two angles:
The man was caught in several photos. He was wearing a cap with the inscription "MIA", with a baton and a WRW flag in his hands.

This is how Mikalai Karpenkau looks in the other photo.

"Preliminary information: the police were following active participants in an unsanctioned mass event. These citizens provoked the policemen with their behavior (deliberately behaved provocatively, rudely speaking to the employees). When the police officers tried to detain the protesters, they closed in a cafe and actually barricaded themselves. There were fewer than 10 of them; the police officers first repeatedly asked to open the door, but they did not open the door. After that, a decision to detain these citizens was made," - Interior Ministry spokeswoman Volha Chamadanava said.
She neither confirmed nor denied whether Mikalai Karpenkau was among them.
