Polish Foreign Minister: Changes In Belarus Are Irreversible

Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau believes that important changes have taken place in Belarusian society, triggering an irreversible mechanism of changes in the country as a whole.

"It can be seen that these changes are irreversible. The Belarusian society no longer has a barrier of fear. The barrier of "permissiveness" has also been overcome.

There is no longer the legitimacy of power, which is power only because it can physically control. The society has acknowledged that another legitimization is necessary," - Zbigniew Rau said in an interview published in Gazeta Polska Codziennie on September 8.
