One of the most notorious cases is the investigation into the murder of Raman Bandarenka by the police.

BYPOL organizations are an association of Belarusian security forces. There are those who, for reasons of loyalty to the oath and the Constitution, leave the bodies but continue to work by profession.

They are investigating crimes, and acting officials and heads of the Belarusian power structures become suspects.

One of the most notorious BYPOL's cases is the investigation into the murder of Raman Bandarenka by the police.

The founder of the BYPOL project, Andrei Astapovich, told RTVI how the organization of former security forces works and why it is difficult for police to strike.
