"System Is Already Strained To Limit": This Is What Belarusians Think Of Situation At Border

Lukashenka needs to remember the fate of Gaddafi.

In early November this year, the Lukashenka regime initiated a large-scale provocation on the Polish border. Belarusian border guards brought in and coordinated thousands of migrants, who then attempted to storm the Polish border. The attempt failed, but the situation at the border remains highly unpredictable.

The Charter97.org website has checked what Belarusians think about the latest developments at the border.

"The West will never forgive Lukashenka's blackmailing with the migrants. He should not forget the fate of dictator Gaddafi, who in the end was so brazen-faced that he started to send streams of African migrants to the south of Italy. The result: the Libyans themselves impaled Gaddafi on a stake."

"You can see that the system is already strained to the limit. And when we are rebuked for repeating this mantra every month, we must understand - every month the disease progresses and becomes inflamed. Every month the foundation of Lukashism loses its firmness and causes the junta to go berserk. Every month the chasteners come up with more and more absurd, inhumane laws, which only accelerate the overall collapse. It is in vain that the Belarusians holding off on the strike... When a person ignores toothache, the inflammation goes into the gum and the tooth gradually destroys, causing severe pain. Yet we keep pretending that the problem doesn't exist: we gargle our mouths with salt and take a lot of ibuprofen in order not to go to the dentist. We hope that "it will go away by itself". This has led to the point where now there are only rotten roots left of the tooth. The gumboil and the pulpitis are brewing. And when the cheek suddenly swells up, the pain will become unbearable, and there will be a need to run to the doctor in the middle of the night... It won't be possible to sit it out".

"The Lukashenka era ends with the profound international non-recognition and rejection. The economic sanctions will end with the total defeat of unrecognized Luka! The Kremlin will have to reckon with this, contrary to the insane state farm fool. The Kremlin will get more sanctions and problems from the West because of its support of the mad schizophrenic."

"There is only one way out for Poland, Lithuania, Latvia: to build a wall such as Trump has built on the border with Mexico. To cut off all rail and road connections, leaving only one or two passageways. And it has to be done very quickly, literally over the winter. In the spring, the brain will flare up and then Europe will have a big time, all of Africa and Asia will be here, with us."

"It's not a shame! It is a shame to be drunk and lie under the fence. And in this case - it's committing crimes specified in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. And they have been committed by the people starting from the "chief frontier guard" of the state to the rank and file of the border troops, executing deliberately criminal orders (under Article 40 of the Criminal Code, a person who has committed a deliberate crime under a deliberately criminal order or instruction bears criminal responsibility on general grounds). So there is something for mothers and wives of "valiant" defenders of the destroyed borders of our motherland to think about".

"How do lots of former and present border guards explain this situation? It's political games, they say. Okay, guys! You've been dragged in, you're playing on the dictator's side in these games, you're supporting his crazy orders. For some reason, doctors came out in the open after the August events, picketed in the city outside the hospitals, went through the detention centers, got fines. Yes, a lot of them have left the country, not wanting to work for the regime and out of the sense of security. But you, the men in uniform, not only did you not speak out against the savage system of suppressing people, you continue to carry out criminal orders. Are you defending the country? The country no longer exists. You are defending the mad dictator. And you will be damned by our future generations."

"I have read the statements of the Kurds who have returned home and those who are still in Minsk. Only the words of those migrants for whom Minsk is in the past can be trusted to some extent. According to them, the standard and the quality of life in Iraqi Kurdistan is higher than in Belarus. But they have to work in their homeland. Germany is a paradise for them, where they can live even better, but they don't have to work".

"The bald man is forcibly holding 2,000 migrants at the border "under an agreement with Merkel" that it is these 2,000 that Merkel is supposed to take to Germany. We've already found out - there was no agreement. This is just another fantasy of the dictator's inflamed brain. If these 2,000 people are not idiots, they should already have found out: the EU does not intend to keep them, even if someone slips through - he will definitely be deported. This is the decision of the EU, and it will not be changed, because it would entail a new wave of migrants from Belarus. The EU understands this very well. So why are these migrants dejectedly dragging themselves along in the snow to the toilets, and not storming the Iraqi embassy with phone calls? Why are they still whining to journalists that they want to go to Germany? Why aren't they asking journalists to raise in the press the issue of getting them out of Belarus to where they came from?"

"Then why couldn't these warm and fuzzy Yezidis formally agree with the Poles that they would live there in a compact settlement and work without letup for the good of the state? On those terms they would have been welcomed with open arms. But no! Poles are well aware of what to expect from them in the future. Dragging their relatives in, whining about the oppression and harassment, demanding benefits, and giving a damn about the law."

"The minimum wage in Iraq is $300. The average wage is $600. Iraqis are not eager to work hard. At the same time there is no winter and the costs associated with it, and prices are lower than in Russia. The medical care is a little worse. In general, the Iraqis are not too happy with their standard of living. Now compare it to Belarus. It's no wonder that the illegal Kurds don't want to stay in the "country for life" and work hard here for a funny wage, but want to go to Germany, where every family member will get 400 euros a month for free, free housing and a much higher level of medical services at the expense of the working Germans".

"Recently in Liverpool, a 'freeloader' (asylum seeker) tried to blow up a cab car in a crowded square. And only the driver's vigilance allowed to avoid casualties. Tell me, how many people among this unbridled crowd of barbarians and fanatics besieging the Polish border have been trained by ISIS? Poland, at the cost of incredible effort, is defending Europe from the invasion of modern-day Huns, encouraged by the vile dictators of Russia and Belarus. The undeclared war of good and evil is on. And only the steadfastness of the Poles has been saving from the chaos. Europe, wake up! With such figures as Merkel or Borrell, you have no future. And no negotiations with the impostor and executioner of the Belarusian people. Long live Belarus!"

"Most likely, the migrants will be spread all over the border and split up in small groups to cross the Polish-Lithuanian border unnoticed. The plan to break through the border in Bruzgi-Kuznica has failed. Other options will be tested. Now the migrants have been moved to a logistics center to keep them warm. They are also sick with coronavirus. Poles hang on! Long live Poland!"

"There are no special services, no police, no border guards, no EMERCOM in Belarus! There is a large paramilitary group of people who have seized power by force. All of them must answer under Article 357 part 3 of the Criminal Code "Conspiracy or other actions aimed at seizure of state power".

"For the attention of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus. Article 371 of the Criminal Code "Illegal Crossing of the State Border of the Republic of Belarus". Intentional illegal crossing of the state border of the Republic of Belarus, committed by an organized group is punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to seven years with or without a fine. All these people are not refugees by international standards! They are tourists, who came to Belarus with tourist visas. Just don't forget that there are a lot of Islamic terrorists among them, disguised as refugees. Every single tourist must be returned home. They must be put on the same planes that have brought them and sent back to where they come from."

"The Poles will make it. I have no doubt about that. They will withstand it, even if they are opposed not only by migrants with stones, but by divisions of Russian T-72's. They will withstand, because they know that if the cowardice of today's fathers is called caution, there will definitely come a time when the slavery of children will be called loyalty ... I didn't say that, a clever man did. Another clever man said - when a nation chooses bread between bread and freedom, in time it loses everything, including bread."

"We should not get away from the main thing: who has invited migrants to Belarus and who exactly should be responsible for what is happening. The permission was given by Lukashenka personally. He is responsible for and must monitor the behavior of migrants in Belarus. The migrants behave inadequately and force their way to their neighbor's door. Poland did not invite migrants, so it is obliged to protect its border from uninvited guests by all means, up to and including the use of weapons. The more so, it has nothing to do with the European Union and German Chancellor Merkel. It was international terrorist Lukashenka who started the mess. He must be removed from his office and arrested immediately».
