Czechs have come out to protest against the Russian threat.
Rallies were held in the Czech Republic against the Russian threat and the policies of President Milos Zeman, who is accused of pro-Kremlin policies.
The protesters also carried out a large white-red-white flag in solidarity with the Belarusian people.
Besides, the speakers at the rally called Russia a "threat to national security" of the Czech Republic and approved the exclusion of the Russian state corporation Rosatom from the list of participants of the tender for a new power unit of Dukovany NPP.
Criticism of Zeman
Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš has denied Milos Zeman's words that the Czech investigation has two versions about the explosion at the ammunition depot in Vrbětice - careless handling of ammunition and possible involvement of foreign secret services. According to Babiš, the Czech authorities are considering only one version of the explosion in Vrbětice - that of the involvement of Russian special services.
In turn, Czech Interior Minister Jan Hamáček criticized Zeman, saying that the attempt to explain "such a complicated case" in an eight-minute speech was "useless" and only "pleased Moscow".
The diplomatic conflict between the Czech Republic and Russia
The diplomatic crisis between Russia and the Czech Republic began on April 17 after Prague accused Moscow of Russian special services' involvement in the 2014 explosions at a munitions depot in the village of Vrbětice that killed two people. The Kremlin denied the accusations from Prague.
