Mikalai Kazlou – To Security Officials: They Won’t Be Able to Endure Until Retirement

There is a line between the real officers and Karpiankou.

Lukashenka stripped 87 officers of the military and special ranks. Among those stripped of their ranks was Mikalai Kazlou, a retired police lieutenant colonel and chairman of the United Civil Party.

“I don’t remember being stripped of titles before, this is unprecedented. I know that you can be stripped of your title for a serious crime. But I don’t remember such cases,” Radio Svaboda reports the words of Mikalai Kazlou.

Mikalai Kazlou finds in the current situation even some positive moments. Even though the size of the pension received by the retired police colonel will certainly become smaller, now, in his opinion, there will be a line between him and Karpiankou, Kubrakou, Karaeu. As well as all those people who, together with the "commander-in-chief, will wear uniforms for May 9th."

Commenting on what is happening, Mikalai Kazlou noted that many employees try not to participate in repressions. Some are trying to endure until retirement. But now they were shown that, even after their retirement, they would not be allowed to "open their mouths."
