Although with this cattle disease it is allowed to deliver cattle only to slaughterhouses with meat processing, since raw meat is not safe.

The second problem in this direction is anomalous figures of cattle meat delivery to private enterprises with an incomplete loading of the state ones. The mystery is solved quite simply: in most cases the livestock is already dead. Private companies don't mind, and agricultural organizations cover up the losses in this way.

3. Widespread violation of technological regulations of cattle breeding, which led to the deaths: dirty containers, substandard milk, dampness, failure to carry out therapeutic measures. The most deplorable situation in "Dnepra-Buhskaye" - 107 heads (+96 heads to the same period last year), in the Liakhavichy District Agroservice - 116 (+112), in the Biaroza Machine-Technology Station - 126 (+111).

4. Personnel Chernobyl. In some farms, the vacancies of chief veterinarians and chief zootechnicians have not been occupied for years. In JSC "Kossava," there is no zootechnician since February 2017, in the Hantsavichy District Agroservis - since February 2018.

All this is multiplied by poor discipline. The absolute record was set by citizen Pilipchuk, who in the period of 2020-21 has appeared in the workplace in the state of alcohol intoxication 17 times and served 18 days of administrative arrest for it.

5. The photos of the farms in the document - nothing but violations of all requirements. The Prosecutor's Office plans to fight the amount of manure with the help of BRSM members (well, it has finally found a decent occupation for them) and persons, serving a sentence.

It is noteworthy that this blamestorming session took place before the meeting, at which the leader ordered to deal with the facts of theft in the agriculture.
