Radio Svaboda Journalist Aleh Hruzdzilovich, Belsat Journalist Ihar Illiash Released

Journalist Aleh Hruzdzilovich was released from custody, Radio Svaboda writes with a reference to his lawyer. The investigator informed the lawyer about the release. At the same time, Hruzdzilovich's wife says that he is not at home yet. The procedural status of the journalist is unknown.

Belsat TV journalist Ihar Illiash has also been released from custody.

Illiash was detained on July 16 after a search. As it became known on Friday, he was detained under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation thereof).
