And force to demolish the foundations.

For seven years of "construction", only the foundation has been completed. The Italian developer has scandalously left the site, while Gazprom Transgaz Belarus asked Lukashenka to extend the construction period.

The construction site shows no signs of activity; the contractors have left. Conservation of the facility has not been done, which promises a challenging fall.

Nasha Niva has learnt that the city authorities are preparing a lawsuit against the responsible company (Gazprom Transgaz Belarus) for the investment contract disruption. The exact amount and options for further actions are being calculated.
