Subscribers of the Belarusian Association of Workers (BAW) telegram channel keep telling the truth about the situation at the enterprises:

"At Minskvodokanal, they have recently started pressing people who went out to rallies and marches. The issue of staff shortage doesn't matter. The bosses are ashamed to look their subordinates in the eyes.

They persuade workers to sign a negotiated resignation. But one shop manager refused and began to persuade the others not to fall for it. So that they would be fired with cause and so that it would be possible to challenge the decision in court later".

"We admire the courage of such people. Keep such documents, make tape recordings. It is time to give maximum publicity to such cases. One or two such cases are enough for them to be afraid to even look at workers. Defend yourselves. Get ready for a strike. We are the power here!" reminds the telegram channel.
