Armoured Vehicles And Military Pulled To Russian Federation Council Building

What's going on?

To the building of the upper chamber of the Russian parliament (Federation Council), located on Bolshaya Dmitrovka Street in the center of Moscow, on Wednesday evening, armoured vehicles and the military were pulled together. Relevant footage is published on social media.

“Armoured vehicles and military personnel were spotted near the Federation Council building in Moscow,” the video caption reads.

What exactly caused the appearance of the military near the building of the Federation Council late in the evening is not still clear, however, in the 'most upper chamber' of parliament they say that we are talking about 'planned exercises of the Federal Guard Service'.

The Federal Guard Service is a special service that performs the functions of state protection of the leadership of the Russian Federation.
