Russia's Federation Council has ratified "treaties" on the annexation of seized Ukrainian territories into Russia.

The decision was taken unanimously. The Federation Council reports that the procedure for annexing the Ukrainian regions will be completed by introducing "amendments" to the Russian constitution on the basis of a relevant decree by Vladimir Putin.

Occupation and Annexation of Ukrainian Territories

Russian occupants organized illegal "referendums" in the occupied territories of Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Luhansk regions from September 23 to 27, fabricating the results.

As early as September 30, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin announced the annexation of Ukraine's occupied territories. On the same day, the Kremlin head signed "treaties" on annexation with the gauleiters of the "DPR," the "LPR," and the occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.

The other day, the Russian Constitutional Court approved the treaties on "accepting the occupied territories of Ukraine into the Russian Federation".
