From a military point of view, the Crimean peninsula occupied by the Russian Federation is being reformatted into an island.

Having liberated the right bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson direction, Ukrainian artillerymen got the opportunity to strike from the higher right bank of the Dnieper up to the isthmus on the Crimea, said Lieutenant-General Ihor Romanenko, former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the air of FreeDom.

“We got the opportunity to carry out fire destruction of the enemy on the logistical routes that go from the Crimea ... to the southern part of his grouping ...
