AFU Advancing Towards Svatove & Kreminna: Initiative Belongs To Ukraine

When frosts begin, Ukrainian warriors will have some good news to report from the Luhansk region.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are gradually moving towards Svatove and Kreminna in the Luhansk region. This was announced by the head of the regional military administration Serhiy Haidai.

“In the direction of Svatove and Kreminna, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are gradually moving forward — the initiative is on our side,” Haidai said.

However, he noted that the situation remains difficult. In particular, near Bilohorivka, the Russian Federation is unsuccessfully trying to break through the Ukrainian defenses.

“Near Bilohorivka and Bakhmut, the invaders threw up to 2,000 prisoners into battle,” the head of the regional military administration said.

At the same time, according to him, when the frosts begin, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be able to give good news from the Luhansk region.

“The number of cases of desertion has grown in the Russian troops — the occupiers have increased the number of checkpoints to catch violators,” Haidai said.

In his opinion, the Russian Federation did not count on a war on such a scale.

“And they were not ready indeed. This also applies to equipment, and machinery, and the supply of food and medicines to the front,” he added.
