Pro-government Telegram channels report that the man allegedly distributed extremist materials and took part in 2020 protests in August, insulted government officials and incited social hostility, according to the Viasna HRC.

It is reported that a protocol was drawn up against Gleb under Part 2 of Art. 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (“dissemination of extremist materials”).

According to the law enforcers, “materials were also collected and sent to the Office of the Investigative Committee of the Homiel region to initiate a number of criminal cases for participating in mass riots, inciting social hatred and discord”.
