Russian ‘Admiral Kuznetsov’ Aircraft Carrier On Fire

The Russian aircraft carrier Admiral Kuznetsov is on fire in Murmansk. The ship has been placed in the dock for repairs.

“There were no casualties, 20 people were evacuated,” the Russian media reports.

As the website Charter97.org wrote earlier, this is not the only emergency situation on the only aircraft carrier in the Russian Federation. In December 2019, the ship also burned in the Murmansk dock.

The publication Popular Mechanics referred to “Admiral Kuznetsov” as “cursed” and decrepit.
