Photographer Uladzimir Hrydzin has been released after 13 days of arrest, human rights activists say.
Uladzimir Hrydzin was arrested on February 14 and his house was searched. On February 7, he was jailed for 13 days under Article 24.3 of the Administrative Code for disobedience to police officers.
