Vladimir Zelensky Ordered To Maximize Attrition Of Enemy

The President promised to address Ukrainians every hour.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has urged Ukrainians not to panic and do whatever is necessary to support the military. This is stated in his second video message posted on his Telegram in the morning of February 24, reports gordonua.com.

"I appeal to every Ukrainian who is now on our land. Do not give in to panic, do everything necessary to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine", said Zelensky in a video message to fellow citizens.

Also, President Vladimir Zelensky ordered to maximize attrition of the enemy. This was reported by the AFU commander-in-chief.

According to Valeriy Zaluzhny, the Ukrainian defence forces, using their right to self-defence in line with Article 51 of the UN Charter, provide a decent response to the enemy's attempts to break the border.
