Occupiers Built New Bridge Over Prypiats To Attack Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant From Belarus

Satellite images have shown equipment moving across it to Ukraine.

New satellite images provided by Capella Space show the appearance of a pontoon bridge on the river Prypiats, along which the machinery is moving.

It is reported by CNN, writes pravda.com.ua.

The images were taken around 10 p.m. Kiev time on Thursday, February 24.

This place is located in the exclusion zone on the territory of the Belarusian Palesse State Radiation and Ecological Reserve.

About 1.5 kilometres from the pontoon bridge, near the abandoned Belarusian village of Dauhliady, there are dozens of vehicles.

The road from that location, crossing the state border with Ukraine, leads to the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.

CNN notes that the bridge was first spotted on February 15.
