Journalists have studied a list of 254 items.

Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko signed a decree banning the export of certain industrial products for six months. The list includes 254 items. The document was published on the National Legal Internet Portal.

Reporters zerkalo.io examined the list of banned products to export from Belarus.

The list has 254 items, including many medical products and consumables - from surgical catgut and baby dummies to disinfectants and medical gloves.

Tools are also on the list: diamond glass cutters, blow torches; nippers, jaws, grinding wheels and so on.

A lot of equipment is on the list - turbines, pumps and various machines. Besides, there is a lot of machinery (from elevators to bulldozers, tractors and excavators). There are also household appliances: refrigerators, vacuum cleaners, electric razors, hair clippers. The ban also applies to motorbikes, bicycles and prams.

The list also includes computers, telephones (including smartphones), microphones, loudspeakers, headphones, sound-recording or audio-reproducing equipment, video-recording or video-reproducing equipment, cameras and so on.

Even plasticine for modelling has been banned.

It is reported that the restrictions were introduced to protect the economic interests of the state. They do not apply to goods produced in Belarus and Russia, as well as personal items of citizens.
