Mothers Of Russian Soldiers Rebelled And Started To Block Roads

The "killed in action" notices from Ukraine have effect.

Every day more and more mothers of Russian soldiers are receiving reports of their deaths. So those whose children are still alive are demanding that their sons be brought back immediately.

This is what Anton Gerashchenko, an advisor to the Ukrainian Interior Minister, said.

As Anton Gerashchenko says on his Facebook, mothers and relatives are asking for their sons to be returned home. More radical relatives are literally blocking the road to be heard.

For example, in Karachay-Cherkessia, women blocked the traffic on a bridge over a river. In this way they were demanding at least some information about their children and brothers. About those who are now fighting in Ukraine and are not getting in touch.

On March 20, six women blocked the traffic on the bridge over the river Khusa, located in the village of Zelenchukskaya in Karachay-Cherkessia. Indignant mothers stopped the traffic to protest.

Their main demand is: to provide information about their relatives serving under contract in the Russian Defence Ministry's military unit #01485. The mothers note that their relatives from the military unit have been sent to fight in Ukraine. They have been out of contact since then.
