Media: Chief Of The General Staff Of The Russian Army Valery Gerasimov Wounded Near Izyum

The General of the Army became a cargo 300 as a result of the strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the command centre of the enemy.

According to the Ukrainian side, as a result of yesterday's strike on the forward command centre of the 2nd Army of Russian troops in the Kharkiv region near Izyum, Valery Gerasimov, Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Federation, was wounded.

Earlier it was reported about the death of General Simonov.

At the time of the strike, the headquarters had about 40 senior officers (including majors and colonels). Now, there is information that 20 officers and a large number from the enlisted ranks are dead.
