What is the state of the parquet army?

Analyst Siarhei Chaly has commented on the possible involvement of the Belarusian army in the war in Ukraine:

- It is clear that Lukashenka does not want to fight in any way, the Belarusian army wants it even less. And it's not even a question of whether it wants it or not, but that it is mortally afraid, - Siarhei Chaly noted on his channel. - If Russia, which has been preparing for this war for many years, fails in absolutely everything - logistics, coordination of forces, equipping of troops. It is possible to imagine in what state the parquet army of Belarus is.

There's a set expression of horror on Defense Minister Khrenin's face: God forbid it is necessary to do the thing this ministry has been created to be doing. It is like in that anecdote about firemen: the collective is good, the salary is not bad, but when there is a fire, you feel like quitting. So it's the same here - everything is great, if only not to fight...

Nothing will essentially be changed if Lukashenka adds everything he can afford to the war (and he himself must also not be left empty-handed).

And he does not have much choice: the only combat-ready forces are special operations forces. The rest are either hunters and fishermen, or EMERCOM troops with service weapons, or combatants with organized crime fighting with teenagers outside their front doors.

Well, some number of people will be needlessly killed, and some amount of equipment will be wasted, etc. As the saying goes, no matter how you arrange the girls according to feng shui, the result will be the same.

The new word in the "Lukashenka wasn't asked" series is missile strikes from aircraft launched from the territory of Belarus. This happened for the first time in this war. Putin thus shows that he can do here whatever he wants with our territory, no matter what Lukashenka says.

The analyst is confident that the final result of the war is predictable. At the same time, Chaly agrees with those who believe that the war will be protracted:

- There comes the realization that the war will be protracted, but it is quite clear and understandable with which result it will end. Ukraine must win. And Russia must be defeated in such a way that it will no longer pose such a threat to security in the centre of Europe.
