'There Will Be Many Surprises': Zelensky's Office Announces Turning Point In War

There is a lot of great news coming from the front.

The Ukrainian president's office says there will be a turning point in the course of the war, which is expected by winter.

Andriy Yermak, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, wrote this on Telegram, UNIAN reports.

"A lot depends on the training of our warriors. We will turn the tide of this war. There will be lots of surprises soon," Yermak promised.

He noted that he talks to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky almost daily "about HIMARS, M777 howitzers, air defence systems, and also about anti-Russian sanctions. He is interested in the effectiveness of the weapons in order to do the maximum to increase supplies".

Yermak reassures that there is constant communication with the military command and understanding of what the army needs to win in certain parts of the front.

"We are talking about the successful use of our Olha on the front. There is a lot of great news out there," he notes.

Yermak added that he is discussing with Jacob Sullivan, the US president's national security adviser, how to speed up the delivery of heavy weapons. "I will be talking to him again soon about a new US military assistance package. Looking forward to another 4 HIMARS and not only that. It is important now not to let the Russians drag us into a winter war," Yermak stressed.

At the same time, he stressed that the Ukrainian president is serious and ready to do everything to liberate the territories as soon as possible.
