The details of the liquidation by Ukrainian defenders of Lieutenant Colonel Ivan Pozdeev of the 31st Separate Guards Airborne Assault Brigade of the occupation army of the Russian Federation have become known. Earlier it was reported that he had been killed by a shot fired by a Ukrainian sniper.

AFU officer Anatoliy Shtefan ("Shtirlitz") said on Twitter that Pozdeev "took a 'step of goodwill' - officially denazified and demilitarized".

It should be noted that the racist officer was a native of the village of Ust-Tsilma (Komi Republic). He studied at the Ryazan Guards Higher Airborne School named after General Margelov. After that he served in Ulyanovsk.
