Dense black smoke has risen over an airfield in Melitopol, where a Russian base is located.

This was reported on Telegram by the city's mayor, Ivan Fedorov.

Fedorov also noted that all details are currently being clarified.

"It's a 'hot' night in Melitopol for the occupiers again! While the occupiers were reporting 100% air defence work, dense black smoke rose over the airfield with the enemy base," he reported.

We remind you that earlier, the United Russia headquarters which was preparing the "referendum" was blown up in Melitopol.
