The FSB order has been sent to all border departments.
According to Ukrainian intelligence, the Kremlin regime has restricted the travel from Russia to military conscripts, including those with limited service eligibility, as of January 9.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Defence Ministry's Main Directorate of Intelligence on Wednesday, January 11.
According to it, the FSB has already sent a corresponding order to all Russian border departments.
"From January 9, 2023, from 00:00 a.m., the border department of the Federal Security Service of Russia shall ensure the restriction of departure from the territory of the Russian Federation of citizens having a certificate of readiness for military service from categories "A", "B" and "C"," the document said.
The GUR also noted that the main emphasis during the new wave of mobilization in Russia will not be on the quality of reservists, but on the number of people and equipment.
"It will take about two months to equip and initially train the replenishment," the intelligence service added.
